Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for a driven Marketing Operations Specialist to help expand our marketing ops in the APAC market. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring effective marketing operations that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

1:Work with the regional mkt team to execute end-to-end demand generation programs, including email campaigns, webinars, and events

2:Operate our marketing automation systems and processes, primarily with HubSpot and/or other CRM tools.

3:Understand and apply best practices for lifecycle marketing to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

4:Develop and maintain comprehensive database segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimate conversion to deposit and revenue.

5:Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and optimization of efforts.

Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance to guide continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2:Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in marketing operations with proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing CRM platforms.

3: Familiarity with email marketing and lifecycle marketing tactics, PLG experience preferred.

4:Native-level fluency in English.

5:Proven track record of creating and implementing successful SOPs or workflows for marketing campaigns.
