As a member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Outreach Specialist’s primary focus will be to support Fluxx’s digital marketing programs and engage inbound leads. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads and booking meetings for Sales, continuously identifying best practices to refine the company’s go-to-market playbook. You’ll be working closely with the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to manage campaigns, update landing pages, send emails, gather research data and manage ongoing various projects. You possess strong organizational skills and exhibit superb communication skills via phone and email. 

The ideal candidate prefers a fast-paced startup environment within a purpose-driven organization. This role will work fully remote and report to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing. 

What you will be doing:

Maintain deep understanding of Fluxx’s product, market and key messages by personaQualify and engage inbound leads to maximize demos scheduled and drive MQL’sManage, run and report on inbound sequences using HubspotReport on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and work with leadership to identify trends, patterns

  • Manage and execute on various marketing campaign projects including updating landing pages, sending emails and pulling reports on sequence activity

What you bring to team:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of BDR / SDR / Sales / Marketing experience in SaaS, with a history of exceeding targets
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills via phone, email and video conferencing (including pre-recorded video messaging to prospects)
  • Proven ability to manage time and balance multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to produce segmented prospect lists from CRM systems and data enrichment platforms
  • Strong desire and ability to grow and adapt within the organization
  • Passion for Fluxx’s purpose (our mission) to be the leading collaborative grantmaking platform that amplifies impact in our global communities 

Nice to haves (these are not required): 

  • Experience with Philanthropy / Non-Profit sector
  • Experience with CSS or HTML
  • Experience with designing marketing collateral

Salary:

The expected salary range for this role is $55-$70 OTE. The base pay range is subject to change in the future. 

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on, but not limited to (a) location; (b) individual candidate skills and qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience. 

Fluxx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. We take a market-based approach to pay which may vary depending on your location. Locations are categorized into one of three zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic location and our compensation philosophy.
