InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 50 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology.

To support our continuous growth we are looking for a Marketing Outreach Specialist.

As a Marketing Outreach Specialist at InvGate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand reach and driving successful collaborations with media publishers and journalists. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders to achieve various marketing objectives. Your primary focus areas will include:

Affiliate Program Engagement:

  • Contact media publishers and establish partnerships for participation in our Affiliate Program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with publishers, negotiating terms and agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor performance and provide ongoing support to ensure the success of affiliate partnerships.

Collaboration with Publishers:

  • Identify potential content or linking opportunities with relevant publishers.
  • Proactively reach out to publishers to explore collaboration possibilities, such as guest posting, content partnerships, or cross-promotion.
  • Foster mutually beneficial relationships to drive traffic, brand exposure, and business growth.

Journalist Outreach:

  • Reach out to journalists and media professionals to distribute our original content, including press releases, articles, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Nurture relationships with journalists to secure media coverage and improve brand visibility.
  • Provide journalists with accurate and timely information to support press inquiries and media campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing outreach, media relations, link building, affiliate marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to engage with publishers and journalists.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs and strategies.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and content marketing tactics.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
