About Company:
Our client is a provider of cryptocurrency payment solutions, offering seamless and secure payment processing for businesses worldwide. Their solutions cater to a diverse range of clients, from small enterprises to large corporations, enabling them to accept and manage cryptocurrency payments efficiently. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the marketing function for the project, creating and executing the marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Take full ownership of the marketing function, including setting marketing goals and KPIs and approving them with the Board.
- Collaborate with a shared marketing team to create compelling content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and interactive content.
- Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Participate in events planning and managing, ensuring our participation in the most relevant of them.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the reach and impact of the project.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s website, ensuring it remains current and engaging.
- Develop and execute PR strategies to build and maintain a positive public image.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies.
- Proactively search for new opportunities and brand development.
- In collaboration with the board identify the target audience and create a comprehensive strategy for reaching out to each segment.
- In collaboration with the board and sales department create an effective sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing within the payment and cryptocurrency sectors.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency payment solutions, and the payment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SMM, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
