The selected candidate will have a unique opportunity to join a new team that will develop and oversee centralized marketing data, assets, and technology capabilities needed to power marketing performance. This role will partner with the Marketing & Growth Organization, all Business Units, Technology, and Analytics leaders throughout the company. This role will capture increased value through the evaluation and optimization of the marketing technology stack and lead the next generation capabilities. Marketing Technology Strategy, Execution & Vendor Management:

  • Developing & managing marketing-wide technology platforms & partnerships.
  • Actively managing the marketing technology stack for effectiveness and efficiency, in partnership with appropriate stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Ensuring involvement, buy-in and adoption of new technology vendors and solutions with all stakeholders.

Next-Gen Capabilities:

  • Assessing platforms and recommending optimal, enterprise-wide MarTech platforms that will enable best in class marketing to drive capabilities and use-cases, including but not limited to automation, personalization, dynamic creative, audience segmentation, etc.
  • Incubating new use-cases & capabilities to develop proof points and assess enterprise viability.
  • Support key in-flight initiatives including MRM, DAM and related enterprise capabilities.
  • Overseeing the overall implementation and adoption of new platforms.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years in marketing technology, digital or customer experience at a large, complex organization
  • Direct experience with designing, developing, and deploying solutions in support of marketing capabilities with emphasis on building omnichannel marketing capabilities on SaaS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience facilitating collaboration via technology and marketing automation platforms, with a deep understanding of technology
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and multiple marketing campaigns
  • Experience collaborating in a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience working for brands with $1B+ marketing budget
  • Experience in working at large multi-product consumer and/or B2B companies

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of “leading outside the lines”; build coalitions; collaborative, cross-functional team leadership
  • Proven track record of driving innovative solutions and their adoption with dispersed marketing teams.
  • A vital member of the marketing team helping to shape the overall strategy and roadmap of our capabilities.
  • Bachelors or advanced degree in a related field of study.
