Middle Strong Ruby Developer
Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Middle Strong Ruby Developer (part-time) to join the team building solution for the USA Automotive industry leader in vehicle niche focused on premium automotive segments including classics, sports, exotics, and muscle cars, as well as off-road vehicles and hot rods. You will be part of the team of engineers that will be working on SaaS cloud-based solutions assisting dealers, auctioneers, and collectors with dealership management software.
Responsibilities:
- Actualizing and upgrading existing code
- Developing high-quality, testable, and high-performant software using Agile practices
- Gathering requirements, setting priorities, and making precise decisions within deadlines
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in Ruby / RoR
- Experience with RDBMS (Postgres, MySQL)
- Knowledge of modern best practices for developing a web application
- Strong knowledge of OOP and OOD principles
- Good understanding of CI/CD process
- Knowledge of web security concepts and principles
- Knowledge of cloud concepts
Skills and Special Knowledge:
- English Intermediate +
- Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM and iterative development lifecycles
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
