Curology is looking for a highly talented contract Motion Graphics Designer to translate strategic briefs into compelling, well-executed, and high performing direct response content across paid channels for Curology. You will have a strong growth mindset and the ability to understand what performs on social channels. This role requires a candidate with a proactive attitude, a sharp ad-strategy mindset, with the ability to produce growth oriented creative content.


What you'll do:

  • Design performance-focused Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads. You will be expected to video edit and design ads for social media platforms aimed at hitting performance metrics (e.g. click-through and conversion rate).
  • Translate growth creative briefs into high-performing creative with quick turnaround times.
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand standards, brand guidelines and adhere to strategy.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of motion graphics design and video editing experience.
  • A portfolio — must submit in order to be considered and include previous ad creative. Bonus points if your portfolio clearly lays out your process and involvement in each project.
  • A creative problem solver with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be able to adhere to set brand guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of typography, photo editing, and color theory.
  • You must be knowledgeable about what works well for paid growth ads.
  • High degree of proficiency in video, motion, Adobe Creative Suite, with special attention to After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Experience with Figma, Photoshop and InDesign a plus
  • Proficient in Google products (Drive, Docs, Slides)

The hourly rate for this position will be between $30 to $50 depending on your experience, skillset, and geographic location.
