Job Description:

Location: Remote or hybrid at one of Fluor’s offices

The Digital Motion Graphics Design Manager creates visually impactful motion graphics for multimedia, multichannel content, including infographics, iconography and illustrations that effectively communicate Fluor’s brand to stakeholders. The role is also responsible for producing complex documents and the associated desktop publishing. This position is part of the Corporate Affairs team and reports to the Senior Brand Design Manager.

•Collaborate with the Senior Brand Design Manager to understand design requirements and specific goals.

•Collaborate with the creative team to develop motion graphic concepts that align with the branding objectives and campaign goals.

•Utilize video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects.

•Understand various media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, etc.) and their specific design requirements and formats.

•Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content.

•Adapt and optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices.

•Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.

•Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the brand team.

•Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision.

•Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design.

•Other duties as assigned.
