How you can make a difference
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join our People Development team. In this role, you will create engaging animations, edit videos, and develop motion graphics for training and educational content, making complex ideas easier to understand and enjoyable to learn. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality, visually engaging learning experiences for our internal teammates.
What you'll be doing
- Motion Graphics Design and Animation
- Work closely with the instructional design team to conceptualize and design engaging motion graphics and animations that enhance the learner experience and effectively communicate the key learning objectives.
- Video Editing and Production
- Edit and enhance video content to ensure seamless integration of graphics, effects, and audio, with high production quality and consistent branding.
- Storyboarding and Project Planning
- Brainstorm, optimize and manage storyboards and project timelines to align animation concepts with educational goals while balancing a successful and timely delivery.
- Branding and Style Adherence
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects while organizing digital assets and creating reusable templates for use in future projects.
- Continuous Learning and Innovation
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, animation techniques and emerging technologies related to motion design and propose innovative ideas to improve video and animation content.
What you will need to be successful
Experience
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional motion design work (If selected to participate in an interview, access to view portfolio will be requested.)
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in motion graphics design, video editing, or a related role, preferably within a corporate, education, or media environment.
- Proficiency in animation and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
Skills and Competencies
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design, layout, and animation detail.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and pacing for educational content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work within deadlines, and communicate effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- Knowledge of video formats, compression, and delivery standards.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Graphic Design, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Salary Range
$75500.00 To $90000.00 / year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
