About the company we are hiring for:

Our client is a dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in transforming the restaurant industry. The founders are seasoned digital marketing experts, the company boasts a decade of experience in the field and an impressive seven years of exclusive focus on the unique demands of the restaurant sector. The company's journey began in 2016 when the founders recognized a significant gap in the market: the absence of innovative digital marketing strategies to fuel the growth of restaurants.

The company has been experiencing significant growth over the past few years and is still growing. They currently have a headcount of 45, with 12 team members offshore. They are forecasting a $6 - $7 million revenue this year alone.

Our clients core values:

  • Own your outcome

We take ownership of our actions and outcomes, refusing to blame others or make excuses. It's okay to not hit metrics occasionally, but we should always know "why" we didn't hit them and have a game plan around getting back on track. We embrace responsibility and hold ourselves accountable for our performance.

  • Unimpeachable character

Be the type of person with whom people are always proud to associate, personally and professionally.

  • Create the “Wow” factor

We always ask ourselves, “Will this impress our clients enough to tell someone about it?” We put forth our best effort every day to deliver exceptional work. If we’re not “WOW”ing our clients, we’re not doing everything we can to help them succeed.

  • Swift action

We approach every situation with our clients and colleagues with a high sense of urgency. Our clients trust us as an integrated part of their business. We want to make them feel like we’re part of their team, always ready to support their business needs.
