Responsibilities: 

  1. Course Curriculum Management & Event Planning 
  2. Oversee the planning and execution of our monthly in-person onboarding event, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination.
  3. Manage the development and maintenance of course curriculum for onboarding programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learning objectives.
  4. Budget management for onboarding events, tracking expenses, and optimizing costs while delivering high-quality experiences.
  5. Project Management of Continued Learning Programs:
  6. Lead and coordinate the development and delivery of our year one continued learning initiatives, including live workshops, panel discussions, and e-learning. 
  7. Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful program execution.
  8. Program Analysis and Improvement:
  9. Analyze the effectiveness of the onboarding program through data collection, feedback analysis, and performance metrics.
  10. Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize the onboarding experience and outcomes.
  11. Course Creation for Role-Specific Onboarding Paths:
  12. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design role-specific onboarding paths, ensuring relevance and alignment with job requirements.
  13. Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules and resources.
  14. Stakeholder Engagement:
  15. Partner with internal stakeholders, including the People Team, department managers, and subject matter experts, to gather input and align on learning and development priorities.
  16. Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners, as needed, to support program delivery.
  17. Reporting:
  18. Prepare and present regular reports on program effectiveness, budgets, and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

In the United States, the hourly rage for this role is $55/hr - $64/hr . Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview.
