Responsibilities
- Assist customers through inbound calls enthusiastically and professionally.
- Support customers by providing information about products and trying to close the sale over the phone.
- Support customers on resolution of delivery topics (e.g., where are the deliveries at; deliveries that went wrong, is there any stock available, etc).
Qualifications
- High proficiency level in Norwegian
- Fluency in English
- Strong client service and call-handling skills
- Capable of expressing oneself confidently, both verbally and in writing
- Possesses a thorough understanding of the client's products
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre, Customer Service, or sales is welcome
