About the role:
The OEM Operations Manager is responsible for activities related to the operational processes and data reporting for both the OEM team and cross functionally at Dealer Inspire. This individual should have a strong focus on attention to detail, organization, and communication with internal teams. The manager ensures the operating environment is prepared to effectively support and accept the changes resulting from the ongoing OEM team projects.
A successful OEM Operations Manager requires excellent communication and analytical skills, the ability to pivot and prioritize work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
The OEM Operations Manager will be an active contributor to the OEM team. This role will work directly with the Senior OEM Operations Manager and help identify, evaluate and implement improvements to manage and support a portfolio of OEM processes as well as find opportunities to grow the OEM Account business through reporting. Must be a strong team member and communicator.
Responsibilities for the OEM Operations Manager will include working directly with the Senior OEM Operations Manager on various projects and reporting needs to ensure the best service for our clients.
Primary Functions of the Role:
- Support the change management and ownership of internal OEM processes
- Create documentation outlining process improvements
- Implement new processes
- Responsible for process deployment, communication, and continued success tracked by clear KPIs
- OEM client enrollment tracking, trend analysis, service level tracking, and reporting
- Data/Performance analysis to understand program and industry trends
- Relationship building - cross departmental
- Assist Senior Manager, OEM Operations in process, data, and reporting needs
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring processes are followed and deadlines are met based on established policies.
- Identify issues and areas to improve processes and present solutions and recommendations.
- Assign and maintain OEM Team tasks through tools including but not limited to Trello and Salesforce.
- Advocate / communicate with other departments about bigger opportunities and process improvements.
- Own OEM revenue, enrollment and program health reporting within multiple mediums including google sheets, excel, Tableau, and SalesForce. Providing data from which strategic decisions can be made.
- Maintain accurate information in internal systems and tools ensuring all systems and tools provide a track record and transparent view of team activity.
- Driving improved performance and growth with the clients based on the reporting
- Act as an owner and administrator of team task management and reporting using Trello
- Maintain enrollment and cancellation records for OEM Programs and supply ad hoc reporting
- Enterprise performance reporting compilation and delivery
- Maintenance and tracking of client enrollment, project status, and billing communications
Required Skills:
- Willingness to embrace the ever-changing digital marketing landscape
- Fast learner and interested in new technologies
- Must be very organized, punctual and detail oriented
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills with a high comfort of effective phone communication
- The ability to remain cool under pressure
- Detail oriented
- Digital experience strongly preferred
