Pavago is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Onboarding Specialist to join our team, dedicated to supporting remote patient monitoring program. This role will hold a pivotal position in guiding patients through the onboarding process, guaranteeing their comprehension and active participation in the remote patient monitoring program.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Onboarding: Coach patients, particularly non-tech savvy older adults, through the onboarding process for the remote patient monitoring program.
  • Tech Support: Provide assistance with the setup and use of remote monitoring hardware, ensuring patients can successfully use the devices.
  • Communication: Conduct outreach via email and mobile communication (iPhone, etc.) to inform patients about the program and guide them through enrollment.
  • Scheduling: Assist patients in scheduling calls with their clinic for in-person discussions about the program if needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and onboarding progress using tools like ZenDesk, HubSpot, and G Suite.
