Online Marketing Specialist
Job description
We are looking for an energized online marketing specialist to join Luscii to help grow our business in the UK. You will work in an international environment and interact with healthcare professionals daily. You will promote our remote monitoring and virtual wards platform, create marketing campaigns, generate leads, and analyze campaign results to improve future campaigns.
As an online marketing specialist you contribute to our dream of creating space for care by spreading our mission across the NHS. In the end, it's about you providing qualitative good leads with your activities that are further picked up by other colleagues. Because you are creative, you enjoy setting up campaigns from scratch and making them a success. From idea to implementation, you are not afraid to experiment and you continuously analyse the results to improve campaigns. In your communication you know better than anyone what the sensitivity and social impact of healthcare and our services are, not super commercially, but precisely with a view to offering added value in healthcare. Together with the Scale UK circle you will deliver your input for the growth choices, ensuring that we continue to have a solid impact, while growing the organisation.
You are responsible for our online presence and the communication around Luscii programs towards customers and prospects, in which you can be creative and experiment a lot. In the end, it's about you providing qualitative good leads with your activities that are further picked up by other colleagues. Because you are creative, you enjoy setting up campaigns from scratch and making them a success.
What should you think about?
- You are the digital Luscii and communicate about brand and products
- You create and work according to your marketing plan, but are also flexible to move when opportunities or impulsive ideas arise
- This leads to marketing campaigns that you create and execute
- You ensure that leads are generated
- You can write creative texts (for landing pages, campaigns, emails, social media content, etc.)
- You analyze the campaigns and propose improvements.
- You develop content for and maintain social media accounts

What's in it for you?
- Flexible working hours. You’re the owner of your own diary in accordance with the necessary customer meetings;
- We are (all) working fully remote and this will be the case for the future as well;
- We're a Holacracy organisation; that means responsibility, freedom and autonomy;
- Monthly company activities (so far in The Netherlands) organised by our culture creators;
- Possibilities for visiting conferences or taking courses;
- We have a 4-day workweek (meaning people get paid for 5 but work 4 days)
- You can organise your own flexible workspace if you want (like some of our colleagues did by hiring a space in Utrecht and another group that lives in another country during the cold Dutch winters);
- A lot of effort in helping YOU grow, e.g. 4% of your salary to spend freely on personal development;
- A yearly salary of £32k - £48k.
And now…
