Role Overview:
Ten Oaks is seeking highly driven operating professionals with a focus on LATAM region to accelerate value creation in our LATAM portfolio companies. As an LATAM Operating Partner, your role will be focused on working directly with our portfolio companies and other Operating Partners to execute the highest impact initiatives across our LATAM portfolio. Projects are highly diverse, driving commercial, operational, and organizational transformations. Ten Oaks is a leader in corporate carve-outs and sees exceptional deal flow, closing double digit transactions annually.
A Ten Oak's Operating Partner is a key contributor to executive teams and supports critical strategic initiatives. The Operating Partner is hands-on with data and performs analyses to inform and develop portfolio company strategy as well as implements resulting initiatives. An Operating Partner will establish themselves as a key member of a rapidly growing team, with a highly lucrative career trajectory.

Primary responsibilities will include:
- Own and drive optimization focused projects in portfolio companies, ranging across business functions and industries
- Perform detailed analyses to understand and prove business case / impact; set up KPIs for ongoing management / monitoring
- Report out to executive leadership on project progress, milestones, risks/issues, etc.,
- Work hands-on with portfolio operational resources to execute on projects; manage portfolio resources/teams as necessary to complete projects
- Leverage best practices in project management to ensure project success and effective communication with portfolio companies and Ten Oaks management
- Create process flow documentation and other optimization-focused collateral/analysis for use in projects and as leave behinds
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships and rapport with portfolio operational teams to maximize team motivation and output
Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of implementation-focused consulting at a reputable firm, or equivalent operational experience
- Significant experience in Turnaround, Restructuring, or Performance Improvement projects
- Experienced in managing a team and communicating with executive-level leadership; can step into leadership role in any functional area using foundational leadership and management principles on an interim basis
- Experienced in managing a project team; can step into any functional area and implement foundational management and operating principles to optimize team performance
- Strong experience in project management, successfully completing complex projects, and natural problem solver
- Highly skilled in data analysis and building excel-based models to analyze core business performance
- Operational athlete, proactive, biased-toward-action, detail oriented, highly organized, effective communicator
- Has a do-whatever-it-takes mentality, and has a propensity to get in the weeds and perform data-driven analysis
- High EQ and ability to be compatible with any working style; skilled in develop and managing relationships
- Comfortable with and skilled at holding others accountable
- Ability to work across sectors and business function; quickly can ramp up on new subject matter
- Spanish language skills a requirement (Portuguese language skills a plus)
- Located in US or LATAM region
