The Role
We are looking for a driven and organized Operations Associate to join our Operations team. Bobsled’s Operations team is lean and our daily work spans several functions, including Business Operations, Sales & Revenue Ops, People Ops and Product Ops, and many other functions between.
In this role, you’ll contribute to our efforts to improve processes and execution across these categories. You’ll be responsible for coordinating, communicating, and tracking these efforts across the company. Some days your work will be high-level and strategic; some days will be spent taking notes and managing logistical tasks. In either case, your work will be absolutely critical to the overall health and efficiency of the organization, and integral to the success of Bobsled as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations in conjunction with senior executives and department leaders, and perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, setting agendas, documenting meetings and follow-up items, scheduling internal and external meetings, and booking travel
- Act as the critical point person for CEO, ensuring that daily tasks and long-term goals alike are managed effectively, and manage key aspects of the CEO’s communications
- Manage efforts to document and streamline our processes across all operating functions
- Develop relationships with all employees to increase the speed and responsiveness of existing operations and processes
- Manage key aspects of internal/external comms on behalf of the CEO and other senior leaders
- Serve as liaison between senior executives, staff, and CEO regarding company planning initiatives, various cross-functional efforts, and cultural initiatives
- Work with hiring managers and People Ops to assist in onboarding of new hires and creation of 30-60-90 plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years working experience, ideally at a start-up or high-growth company
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly written
- Excellent at crafting presentations and skilled with Google Slides/Sheets or Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Compensation
- Salary Range: $80-100K
