About the Role

BetterMynd is seeking an Operations Manager to join our high-growth, impact startup that is helping to improve the mental health of America’s college students.

As part of a small and agile team, the Operations Manager will report directly to BetterMynd’s CEO and work closely with the Company’s Leadership Team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and be primarily responsible for improving the Company’s operational management systems, processes, and best practices.

This role is ideal for a candidate that thrives in a fast-paced startup environment that requires wearing many hats and managing many different projects at once.

Key Responsibilities

-Analyze, recommend, and implement operational workflows, processes, and best practices across the company

-Provide administrative and operational support to BetterMynd’s CEO

-Provide ongoing support to the Campus Relations team (i.e. invoicing, managing client renewals, CRM, RFPs)

-Managing the Company-wide calendar, planning team retreats, and other internal meetings/events

-Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Required Qualifications

-3+ years experience working as an Operations Manager or in a similar role

-Outstanding organizational and communication skills

-Experience with budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and other operational metrics/principles

-Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for supporting the mental health of college students

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field

Additional Qualifications

-Experience working at a startup is a huge plus

Location

Buffalo, NY (local candidates highly preferred, but willing to consider virtual for the right candidate)

Compensation

$70,000-$85,000 base; health & dental benefits; unlimited PTO; employee equity
