As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, driving growth, and ensuring our company's success. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans aligning all departments to work towards the same objectives, and ensuring we are achieving our targets. You will create a company report to monitor our progress and present it to the CEO every month with your insights.
Responsibilities:
- Set company goals and ensure we are reaching them.
- Align all departments to work towards the same objectives and priorities.
- Create a company report to monitor progress towards company goals and present it to the CEO every month.
- Set monthly goals for each department and ensure they are effectively reaching their targets.
- Gather monthly reports from all departments and present them to the CEO every month with your insights.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans that align with company goals.
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives in all departments.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Write and submit reports to the CEO on all matters of importance.
- Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve them.
Job requirements
- Proven experience as a Operations Manager or relevant role.
- A clear understanding of e-commerce business functions.
- Demonstrable competence in strategic planning and business development.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics (setting goals and KPIs).
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and oral communication in the English language.
- Being emotionally strong and able to handle high-pressure situations.
- Being able to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Having a problem-solving attitude and being able to come up with creative solutions to complex issues.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: 1500-3500eur after taxes (depending on experience) + bonus.
