Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor key exchange operations, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with various teams, including tech support, customer service, and logistics, to streamline operations.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and quality control standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new operational strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Handle scheduling and resource allocation for optimal operations.

- Provide support and training to staff on operational procedures and systems.
- Assist in managing inventory and supply chain for key exchange hardware.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with key exchange technology and logistics software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
