We are looking for a Oracle HCM Support Specialist who has a proven work experience of 3-6 years in the IT industry having strong grip and knowledge of Oracle HCM R12 modules, e-business suit R12.1.3 main system flows, PL/SQL, HCM API's, Workflows and AME. Knowledge of labor and tax laws in MENA countries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation for work arounds and best practices related to usage of system function.
  • Execute regular technology security and control audit.
  • Constantly perform and ensure functional stability for HCM system functions.
  • Analysis and documentation for business needs and map systems functions or workarounds to fulfill requirements.
  • Preparation and configuration for new entities.
  • Execute and manage database scripts for regular reporting purposes.
  • Drive training sessions and create training materials if needed.
  • Create user and technical level 0 knowledge base articles.
  • Adherence to support service level agreement for HR services.
  • Adherence to technology policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Oracle HCM Certified.
  • Oracle PL/SQL Certificate is an advantage.
  • ITIL foundation certificate is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM R12 modules.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle e-business Suit R12.1.3 main system flows.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Excellent knowledge of designing payroll elements, fast formulas, user defined tables, payroll setup and perform configurations.
  • Good knowledge of HCM APIs, Workflows and AME (Approval Management Engine)
  • Good knowledge of payroll accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM R12.
  • Knowledge of labor and tax laws in MENA countries.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Minimum experience

  • 4-5 years’ experience – preferably in Food and Beverage.
