Outbound Customer Support Representative

We are seeking part-time Outbound Customer Support Representatives for a remote work-from-home role. Interested candidates must live in the United States and be eligible to work for any employer without work visa sponsorship. This role will schedule and complete outbound Zoom meetings to update our customer scanner certifications. Training and instructions will be provided.
Flexible work hours between are 8 am - 5 pm
Hourly Rate: $23 - 27 / hour depending on experience
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in a customer call center or providing technical support
- High School Diploma
- Strong and reliable internet access
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate meeting etiquette and active listening
- Customer service orientation, and demonstrated ability to walk our customers through a process to update their SaaS hardware.
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable with technology
$23 - $27 an hour
Hourly rate offered will depend on previous experience and qualifications.
This position is a remote position and open to applicants in the continental United States.
