The Main Responsibilities

This is not your typical sales position. OSR’s work with directly with property managers in apartment communities to provide residents with the best possible customer experience. As an OSR you will manage relationships in Multi Dwelling Units (MDU’s) in your assigned territory, participate in resident events and make sure that our services are at the forefront of our customer’s minds when they are ready to order internet service. We are not just about selling to new customers; our goal is to increase the overall number of customers in our assigned territories through both new sales and retention. We are looking for a brand ambassador who is excited about our fiber internet product and can build rapport quickly, explain our services, and seek out opportunities to improve resident’s internet experience.

Managing relationships with your properties are only one aspect of this position. You will be assisting in the roll out of our new technology. You will also perform quality assurance checks for our preinstalled modems in existing properties to ensure the sign-up process is seamless.

The Expectation is that 80% of your workday will be spent in the field. This territory requires a significant amount of driving using a company assigned fleet vehicle.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Will have Outside Sales or account management experience
  • Be an outside the box thinker and problem solver
  • Must be able to keep organized, accurate records on daily activities and results
  • Understands relationship-based selling
  • Is self-motivated and self-disciplined and can provide prompt follow-up to all customer inquiries.
  • Looking for someone who is customer service oriented, self-motivated , flexible and a team player
  • Has the ability to create excitement among our partners about our product and our referral program
  • Has basic knowledge of Internet services
  • Has a Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (MVR).

This is a represented position with a at risk commission in addition to your hourly rate

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
