Paid Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for an exceptionally talented digital marketing manager with hands-on experience running paid marketing channels focused on acquisition, specifically Meta and Google Ads. You will work with the marketing team to plan, execute and manage performance marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who has a deep understanding of the paid media landscape, and understands how to build a scalable acquisition marketing program that can be optimized to support business goals.
What you'll do:
- Implement, monitor and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns in-platform
- Create and maintain a roadmap of creative and landing page tests; own execution of tests from ideation to analysis (experience with Unbounce is a plus)
- Identify new opportunities to scale the program and optimize existing campaigns to improve efficiency
- Own reporting and maintain account and data hygiene to ensure campaigns are accurately tracked
- Keep pulse on trends and innovations within the paid marketing space
- Opportunity for increased responsibilities to own additional channels within Skillshare’s ever-expanding media mix
Why we're excited about you:
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta and Google (experience with other ad platforms a plus!)
- You’re highly analytical and have high attention to detail
- You’re comfortable running analyses on your own in Google Sheets/Excel
- You have the ability to iterate on existing processes and identify opportunities to build out something new
- You’re a clear communicator who can collaborate and work constructively with others
- Bonus: You have experience managing performance marketing campaigns in the subscription and / or EdTech space
