We’re a small, fast growing remote team of around 35 team members from around the world, composed of dedicated and talented individuals with a core focus on engineering and product.
About the Role
The paid media manager role is a great fit for a marketer that’s equal parts savvy and scrappy. Reporting into our Demand Marketing Lead, they’ll join a marketing team of 4 as the first in-house person to own and scale our paid media channels. This person should love LinkedIn and Google, while being ready to experiment on other paid channels, including YouTube and Reddit.
They should be open to (and excited by) the opportunity to build process, test messaging/creative, and ship quickly. This person needs strong conversion and reporting muscles, while also ready to flex their ability to storytell in-feed and deeply understand the Voiceflow user & customer.
What you’ll do
- Daily management of paid advertising campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Perform audience research to develop new campaign ideas for paid search and paid social.
- Execute a strategy that utilizes paid social campaigns to generate demand within ICP in conjunction with paid search campaigns that capture demand on high-intent search terms
- Work with the full marketing team (content, product marketing, demand gen) to run paid ads, launch landing pages and iterate on messaging as part of integrated campaigns
- Collaborate with design to develop scroll-stopping assets that create and capture demand within our ICP
- Report on channel, campaign ad set and ad performance, and creative performance & share insights with the marketing team
- Manage our paid media budget with marketing leadership to double down on what’s working and experiment on new ideas
About You
- 3-5 years managing paid marketing campaigns across paid media networks, such as Google (Search Ads, YouTube) and LinkedIn for a B2B SaaS company or marketing agency
- A solid knowledge of ad platforms, such as Google Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager - in creating ads/campaigns, tracking events, and reporting on performance.
- Familiarity with how digital ads are served and tracked using pixels, URL parameters (UTMs).
- Ability to translate campaign performance into net new ideas across teams; experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hubspot.
- Experience working with a cross-functional team– working with designers to develop creative assets; working with product marketing to understand product positioning, audiences, and use cases; working with B2B/sales teams to understand pipeline.
- Demonstrate the ability to track campaign performance across multiple channels.
- A love for building processes, testing, and shipping quickly.

- Campaign Case Study Interview - a 45-minute call with Sam (Demand Lead), Tara (VP of Marketing), Kristin (Brand and Content Lead) and Kim (Product Marketing Specialist) to present your campaign case study findings and get a taste of working on an integrated campaign with the team
- Final Interview - you’ll have the chance to meet with Braden (CEO) to learn more about the future of Voiceflow.
- Offer — this is the part where we all celebrate!
Logistics
- Location — we are located in Toronto and operate on a Hybrid model where our local team comes into the office 1-2 days per week. Remote employees travel for quarterly in-person meetups
- Timeline — we are aiming to have our process completed and an offer made by the end of April 2023.
