The Opportunity: Get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing startup, immersed in the vibrant worlds of tech, music, and live events. As a Paid Search and CRO Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing our paid search strategy, managing our campaigns, and running multiple experiments to optimise conversion rates and reach.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and owning the Paid Search accounts, including strategy, planning, implementation, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Working independently, and also closely with the product team to conceptualise, design, and execute multiple CRO experiments to optimise campaign performance.
  • Writing compelling and effective copy for Paid Search campaigns that resonate with our core audience, align with our brand guidelines, and adhere to our unique tone of voice.
  • Making data-driven decisions to inform campaign strategies and optimisations.
  • Providing company-wide visibility of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest Paid Search and CRO best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with other team members to align marketing strategies and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of proven experience executing & owning the Paid Search and CRO function.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and interpretation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate insights and campaign performance to the broader team.
  • Experimental attitude, and strong problem-solving skills with a track record of continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics is essential.
