Paid Social Media Campaign Manager

As a senior paid social media campaign manager, you’ll focus on developing direct marketing campaigns and working with major names in the media space to identify, test, measure, and scale acquisition growth opportunities for Progressive. You’ll manage relationships with new and existing social media partners, drive the strategy, planning and execution of campaigns, set up measurements, analyze results, and communicate outcomes. In addition, you’ll work autonomously on key accounts and new contracts, collaborating with various internal groups (Media, Marketing, Legal, Control, and other business units across Progressive) to achieve business goals. Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field and a minimum of 5 years related work experience (marketing/digital media experience).

Preferred skills

  • High caliber digital experience, including the planning, testing and buying of performance-based paid social media
  • Expert in paid media strategy, campaign structure, optimizations, and the hands-on use of major social platforms
  • Proven track record of experimentation and measurement, including use of analytical/visualization tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and business development skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Compensation

  • $68,100 – $90,800/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
