🔍 We're seeking a Paralegal to bolster our legal team's growth, providing crucial support for global entities, with a focus on the USA.
🧩 What you'll be doing:
- Managing Legal Ops and IT tools, including CLM (Summize) and Notion.
- Executing contracts and legal documents through e-signature systems.
- Assisting with legal documentation, amendments, and proofreading.
- Supporting company secretarial work across various jurisdictions.
- Establishing and managing legal team filing systems.
- Identifying and implementing legal processes and tools for scalability.
- Assisting with reports, presentations, and corporate governance.
- Providing administrative support and facilitating team communication.
⚙️ Our toolkit: Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Asana.
🤟🏻 What you bring:
- Law degree or recognized Paralegal qualification (preferred).
- 2+ years of paralegal experience.
- Ideally, previous experience in a tech-focused company.
- Excellent organizational skills and process implementation experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
