Role Overview:
As a Part-time Recruiter Intern, you will support our HR team in executing recruitment strategies, managing the candidate experience, and contributing to our overall talent acquisition efforts. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about people, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to learn recruitment best practices in a real-world setting.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting follow-ups.
- Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Help in updating and managing our applicant tracking system and other recruitment platforms.
- Participate in recruitment marketing efforts, including social media management, job posting optimization, and employer branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and provide insights for improving recruitment strategies.
- Engage in projects aimed at enhancing recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Hurmna Resource and Recruitment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with recruitment software and platforms.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee protection given under the lay and legal bale to work in Canada according to the laws and regulations of the province or territory where you live
