Amanda Nielsen, Manager, Partner Acquisition and Onboarding at Formstack, is looking to hire someone who will complement and strengthen the team.

Who You Are

Formstack has a growing ecosystem of consulting partners who recommend Formstack to their customers & provide expertise to customers in implementing Formstack products. The Partner Acquisition Manager role is the lead for engaging new partners (outbound) and managing new partner inquiries to Formstack, and reports to our Manager, Partner Onboarding. Salesforce System Integrators (SIs) are a big focus of our partner acquisition efforts. Formstack’s goal is to blanket the Salesforce SI ecosystem in 2023 and this role is integral to the initiative.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Outreach to prospective partners, leveraging our content to demonstrate expertise & credibility.
  • Engagement via proven channels including email, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Follow-up and engagement from inbound inquiries from prospective partners, and prospective partners who have performed projects using our products.
  • First conversation with partners, discussing Formstack’s unique enablement-first approach to partner collaboration.
  • Gaining partner buy-in to work with Formstack and setting up prospective partner with Formstack’s partner onboarding process.
  • Executing related initiatives including operations, demand generation activities and events.
  • Using our products to help their customers solve problems around business process.
  • Deepen engagement with their customers.
  • Formstack supporting partner growth through investment of resources in our partnerships (enablement, co-marketing, priority support, revenue share).
  • Confidently engage new potential partners through a variety of methods including LinkedIn/social media collaboration, networking, email outreach, events and introductions from our sales team.
  • Outstanding execution of hands-on day to day work (Zoom meetings, calls, emails, follow-up, social media outreach) to establish partnerships & develop strong partner momentum.
  • Get buy-in and interest for collaborating with Formstack.
  • Systematically track engagement through Salesforce.
  • Deliver against key performance metrics measured by partner acquisition
  • Great communicator Entrepreneurial mindset and sales tenacity — Formstack Partner Team is a growth engine inside an established organization.
  • Become comfortable with consultative/technical solution conversations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of SaaS partner, sales or marketing experience.
  • Effective communicator with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Data-driven mentality with experience performing against quantitative metrics Fearless, adaptive attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale a partner sales engine.
  • Appetite for technical upskill — technical proficiency with Salesforce and all Formstack products is critical.
  • Social media savvy with established personal brand is desired (experience building community in a partner ecosystem is a bonus)
  • Great coaching ability.
  • Track record of over-achievement & consistency.
  • Experience driving growth within Salesforce or similar partner community.

Salary Range

  • $80,000 - $85,000 per year (USD) + bonus up to $5,000 per quarter based on performance.
  • ***This is a remote position.***
