About the Job
We are looking for a savvy, data-driven partnership marketer to help us continue to grow and scale our business. This candidate will build end-to-end Partner Marketing strategies to drive partner recruitment, onboarding, sell-through and retention. Our ideal candidate is passionate about Taskrabbit, home services, and the on-demand economy. This marketer would have practical experience developing and managing digital content and integrated channel strategies to drive category awareness and growth.
This individual will build out Taskrabbit’s partner marketing playbook and execute and measure campaigns and programs that accelerate partner engagement. The right person for this role will be a team player who is excited about helping to build and drive Taskrabbit’s B2B growth story.
As a core member of the Marketing team, the candidate will work with key stakeholders across creative, paid channels, and owned and earned channels, and partner closely with our Business Development team and business unit leaders. This role will report directly to the Director of Brand and Communications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with Taskrabbit’s overall business objectives, including managing a budget and other allocated resources.
- Work with cross-functional teams such as Partnerships, Ops, Product, and Finance to develop processes and infrastructure, including systems, analytics, and campaigns.
- Develop approaches to drive B2B lead generation through compelling acquisition marketing content and programs.
- Create engaging and effective sales collateral, including presentations, pitch decks and case studies to support the partnership sales team in B2B client acquisition and retention.
- Recommend and implement a framework for delivering value to Taskrabbit partners through cross- or co-marketing.
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to maximize the reach and impact of sales materials and thought leadership content, leveraging various channels and platforms, including website, social media, email, and industry publications.
- Design and implement measurements to quantify ROI from partner marketing programs/campaigns, promotion campaigns and co-marketing activities with our strategic partners and leverage data insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Develop thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, blog posts, and industry reports, to position Taskrabbit as a trusted authority and innovator in the Home Services space.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Taskrabbit business units, including goals, strategies and market insights, and couple with research on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify relevant topics for thought leadership content.
- Plan and execute events, including webinars, conferences, and partner-specific gatherings, to drive engagement, foster collaboration, and promote the value proposition of Taskrabbit within the partner ecosystem.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and value proposition across all sales and marketing materials, aligning them with company brand objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing channel partners, preferably in a technology or marketing-related field
- Strong marketing skills with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to partners
- Undergraduate degree required with outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement
- Minimum 4-5 years marketing experience at an advertising agency or start-up company
- Online and offline, paid and organic marketing channels experience required
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Exquisite written and verbal communication skills
- Skill and appetite to operate at high pace and quality in an entrepreneurial context
- Excellent problem solving skills, with demonstrated ability to find creative solutions to ambiguous problems
- Analytical mindset with strong data analysis background

Compensation & Benefits
At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks.
The base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $136,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
