YOUR FUTURE ROLE
The Marketing Automation Process & Strategy (MAPS) team is looking for a Partner Marketing Technology Strategist. You’ll be responsible – in collaboration with stakeholders - for supporting the development of the Partner Marketing business strategy and leading the translation of the strategy into a technological roadmap including delivering the technological requirements in collaboration with IT, and implementing the new strategy. We are looking for a team player, who is tech savvy and has partner marketing, marketing automation, and omni-channel experience.
Expectations & Tasks
Delivering the right technological landscape for Partner Marketing at scale globally, including the coordinated plan, build and execution of programs, specifically:
- Work closely with the Partner Marketing Organization and colleagues in the MAPS team on the business strategy and associated action items, resulting in an operational and integrated Partner Marketing landscape.
- Capture any changes to business requirements for system tools.
- Ensure that business specifications for any new system tools are obtained and appropriately implemented into the marketing ecosystem.
- Constantly seek out stakeholders to collaborate and apply improvements (technical or process) along with the latest best practices.
- Responsible to present business requirements to the business Cohesive Architect for review and collaboration.
- Safeguard that all elements are tested and deployed as per roadmap
- Support with reporting and optimization, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or similar field
- 4-8 years of work experience in Partner Marketing
- Tech savvy and experience with Marketing technology & automation. Marketo is a plus.
- Outstanding collaboration, communication, organization, and time management skills
- Highly flexible, able to work and thrive in rapidly changing environment, able to handle uncertainty and frequent changes
- Ability to work independently and in an interdisciplinary team
- Strategic mindset as well as excellent executer, gets the job done in a positive, reliable and encouraging manner
- Fluency in English
- Experience in the software industry or in a similar role would be a plus

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 140,400 - 320,800 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
