Description

Enerflo is a growing B2B SAAS company currently disrupting the residential solar sales and installation industry. We are looking for a Partner Support Specialist who is responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. Some of these tasks include interacting with customers over chat and email, building relationships with decision-makers, and providing occasional training and best practices. Throughout these interactions one must maintain a high level of professionalism and present Enerflo in the best light possible.

Requirements

  1. Must reside in one of our states where we offer W2 employment: AZ, CA, CO, FL, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA
  2. In depth knowledge of Enerflo (including completing all tier 1 training & builder training)
  3. Respond to inbound chats, calls, and partner emails within set SLA’s
  4. Send outbound chats, calls, and partner emails within set SLA’s
  5. Set up and attend meetings with partners as issues arise
  6. Zoom calls with Tier 2 to resolve issues.
  7. Proactively communicate to partners
  8. Complete monthly check-in calls with growth partners
  9. Handle growth partner requests and escalate as needed
  10. Attend onboarding meetings with new partners
  11. Track client concerns / trends and work on solutions alongside support leaders and PSM’s
  12. Problem solving
  13. Critical thinking skills
  14. Strong written and verbal skills
  15. Technical skills to dive in and solve issues for partners
  16. Special projects as assigned
