Payments Business Analysis Associate I
Full Job Description
As an Associate supporting the Payments Implementations team with reporting and analysis, you can expect to have regular deliverables ranging from weekly reporting on metrics to ad-hoc requests for client information. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and experience turning raw data into analysis and insights that will be used by Senior Management.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish metrics reporting, tools and data sets to track Implementations progress against production targets
- Measure, analyze and report on data to ensure both weekly and long-term strategic production goals are met
- Investigate, analyze and help resolve Implementations issues with data analysis and respond to ad-hoc queries
- Develop and facilitate Executive level presentations and metrics for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting / updates to Wholesale Payment Operations Management
- Assist in promoting and sustaining people focused culture
- Assist in driving improvement in overall client experience
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven ability to communicate and interact with senior level management
- Ability to quickly understand complex subject matter
- Ability to think strategically and help solve complex problems
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple guidance
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency developing data analytics, including knowledge of Alteryx or Tableau
