Full Job Description

As a Digital Channels Product Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving all activities for content management. You will manage across product owners to create, maintain and publish content for J.P. Morgan Access. Additionally, you will analyze client feedback, write requirements, execute product validation testing, perform product demonstrations and other ad hoc activities. It will be important to work with product management, technology, service, content strategy partners across Payments to ensure a quality product is developed and delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain content for Help, Tools and other J.P. Morgan Access applications including videos, guides, inline help, release notes, enhancement communications and more
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate content collection and publishing
  • Manage localization process to ensure all content is available in supported languages
  • Behave as content management subject matter expert for J.P. Morgan Access
  • Partner with Technology, Service, Risk, Legal, Content Strategy and other Lines of Business involved in the content creation and publishing process
  • Monitor and incorporate client feedback and other analysis into product plans
  • Define and document business requirements for technology initiatives
  • Perform product validation testing and content audits to ensure a quality product
  • Deliver product demonstrations
  • Participate in client Issue resolution
  • Other ad hoc product activities

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with content management
  • Ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), work well in cross-functional teams, and coach and development of other team members
  • A commitment towards owning delivery beyond immediate task at hand
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem solving with internal and external partners
  • Strong project management skills
  • Considers risk in interactions with clients/ partners; understands the regulatory environment faced by the business and structures recommendations accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
