Payroll Analyst
Description:
Seeking a Payroll Analyst who will report directly to the Senior Manager, Labor, Leave, and Payroll technologies. The position is responsible for providing support to the Labor team with an emphasis on the timesheet and labor processing in Deltek Costpoint and Time & Expense systems. The individual will support the Deltek Costpoint and Time & Expense labor and time entry processes. This resource will help monitor employee support requests and resolve labor and timesheet issues. Preferably the candidate will have experience with Deltek Costpoint and Time and Expense, however, excellent attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills are key. The candidate should have good Microsoft Office skills and be a strong Excel user.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide support for timesheet entry and processing in the Deltek Costpoint and Time and Expense systems.
● Work with end users to resolve timesheet and labor issues
● Provide other support as assigned.
● Maintain timesheet statistics and data for reporting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Information Systems desired.
● Preferred minimum 1+ years experience in Deltek Costpoint People Module.
● Preferred minimum 1+ years experience supporting Deltek Time and Expense.
● Preferred experience processing timesheets and resolving issues in the Costpoint People domain.
● Preferred working knowledge of Costpoint front-end applications screens, functions, and job processing.
● Solid skills in MS Office (e.g., MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
● Desire to learn new financial tools and processes.
