Your future team
Our Global Payroll Team is comprised of people with backgrounds in Accounting, Law and Human Resources, we develop efficient ways to expand our ability to process payroll.
We are hiring a Payroll Analyst reporting to our EMEA Payroll Operations Manager.
You are a Payroll Analyst with experience in Poland. Here, you'll review payroll for 3000+ employees in up to eight countries.
What you'll do:
- Review payroll for 3000+ employees in up to eight countries.
- Reconcile payroll before transmission, validate final payroll reports and research any discrepancies ensuring accurate payrolls.
- Partner with our HR team to resolve employee inquiries.
- Achieve success in Local and International payrolls improving automation and system enhancements.
- Help process accurate year-end reporting.
- Support payroll deployment of new locations related to M&ADocument and maintain payroll procedures and SOX controls.
- Assist Payroll team with ad-hoc projects, accounting queries.
- Train Payroll Analysts on new processes and payrolls.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- From 3 to ideally 5+ years of Payroll processing experience.
- Experience with large payrolls (3000+ ideally, a minimum of 500-700 employees) and complex payroll items such as bonus, stock and year end items.
- Success with embracing and driving change.
- Point out risks accomplishing the ability to collaborate with partners throughout the company and navigate sometimes undefined roles and responsibilities.
- Experience with Excel (maintaining complex spreadsheets), Oracle and Workday.
- Feel comfortable working with a remote manager.
- Experience collaborating with team members throughout the company and navigating sometimes undefined roles and responsibilities.
We appreciate as a plus:
- Being already independent in managing the payroll in Poland.
- Confluence and Jira experience.
- Experience working with payroll vendors.
- Customer service background.
- Previous experience training people and bringing new ideas to improve our processes.
