Job Description
Are you a Payroll Specialist looking for a new challenge? Want to join a growing business? If so, our Payroll Specialist vacancy could be perfect for you.
You'll administer our monthly payroll operation, ensuring that each stage of the payroll process is actioned accurately. You'll also have the opportunity to develop new, and existing, administrative processes and tools to ensure streamlined, consistent and centralised administration procedures across the department.
Our office is based in Cheltenham but we're happy to offer remote working, as long as you're able to come into the office once a month or so.
Qualifications
We welcome your application to our Payroll Specialist role if you have the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in a payroll-focused role (it's an added bonus if you've previously used ADP)
- Thorough understanding of payroll, HR administration processes, and employee lifecycle, with the ability to work independently
- Experience of a multi-site colleague base
- Experience of implementing, or some level of exposure to, new system implementation (this is a bonus, not vital)
