Areas of impact:

By helping our senior leaders leverage data, you will help them to solve their people challenges. You will need to balance strategy with execution and have a detailed understanding of our business and people and the opportunities our functional leaders face. You will be skilled at reframing the challenges and opportunities of the business through the lens of talent and people experiences. You will possess sound business acumen, be action-oriented, and drive significant business results. Additionally, we will expect you to be able to command a room, be bold and courageous in how you approach opportunities, and be highly influential. Lastly, you will see things from a unique perspective. You should be comfortable being uncomfortable and are willing to not think outside the box but rather throw out the box and go where others haven’t gone before you.

Additional activities include:

  • Be a thought leader for our business and our leaders.
  • Serve as a change agent that innovates, partners and drives change across the People Team to implement solutions that help scale the business and ensure consistent and engaging experiences for our people.
  • Act as a partner, advocate, and champion of Perceptyx’s culture and values.
  • Proactively partner with our people leaders to identify, solve and resolve employee opportunities that impact productivity, performance, and overall organizational success.
  • Align integrated people enablement strategy to our business priorities and objectives.
  • Analyze business data to create insights and help guide decision making with our leaders.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with our senior leaders to proactively review our people insights and analytics and partner to drive necessary change.
  • Participate in (and in some instances lead) the development and drive to closure key projects, initiatives, and programs for the functions you enable.
  • Build organizational strength and “muscle” by solving skill, capability, performance, and talent gaps in partnership with our Integrated People Enablement team.
  • Be a change agent and assist in minimizing disruption as new initiatives, programs, and experiences are deployed.

Benefits

Compensation: Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. This position has a base salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 plus an annual incentive bonus when applicable. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
