As a People Development Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development needs of our global employees. You will design, develop, maintain, and deliver engaging and effective development programs that enhance employee skills, capabilities, and performance. The People Development Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to identify and address learning and development needs, as well as drive a culture of continuous learning and high-performance. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive people development programs, including but not limited to leadership development, technical skills training, performance management, and career development.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and managers to assess learning and development needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.
  • Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning experiences using various formats such as classroom, online, and blended learning approaches.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of various learning and development programs, including training workshops, webinars, seminars, and other learning activities.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of engaging and effective learning content, resources, and materials for different audiences and learning formats.
  • Coordinate and track employee participation in various learning programs, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting for compliance and tracking purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of learning initiatives, and provide logistical support as needed.
  • Assist with the administration and management of the company's learning management system (LMS) and eContent provider, including user access, content upload, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people development programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees to support their professional growth and development.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to learning and development programs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of people development initiatives with other HR programs and initiatives, such as talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in people development and incorporate them into program design and delivery.
  • Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and succession planning efforts.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to learning and development programs or systems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the overall culture of the organization by promoting a positive learning environment, continuous improvement mindset, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in people development, training and development, or talent management in a fast-paced tech company or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms, with experience in content upload, user administration, and reporting. Experience with LearnUpon LMS and/or Go1 is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing people development programs and initiatives that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
  • Professional certifications in areas such as instructional design, training delivery, or coaching are a plus.
  • Passion for learning, innovation, and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
