Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

Please note this is a 12 months fixed term contract.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • listening deeply and continuously to the experience of our people, uncovering insights, and creating operations to solve them, sustainably, priority ranked first.
  • triangulating our people’s sentiment to align with business metrics through observations and stories, you’ll keep our feedback and listening rhythms running through credible conversations, with a Global focus.
  • leading our planned and reactive employee surveys, including the design, launch, comms, analysis and reporting, prioritisation and tracking actions with your team.
  • coaching a passionate small team of two.
  • proactively owning and driving employee listening projects through to completion.
  • working with our People Technology team to ensure we're using the right tooling to scale our employee listening.
  • identifying and implementing improvements to optimise employee listening.

You're probably a match if

  • you have extensive experience in employee listening or people experience insights.
  • you have experience leading a small team (or desire to).
  • you’re skilled in understanding and utilising employee listening technologies.
  • you have a background (or a keen interest) in Organisational Psychology and/or Development.
  • you’re a real people person, building engaging relationships with key team members globally.
  • you have an ability to think strategically and operationally, with the technical expertise to uphold high standards of excellence.
  • you have the ability to adapt best practices to a fast paced scaling business with a unique culture.
  • you’re an insights and storytelling powerhouse, ensuring our employee voice is incorporated into our communications so that everyone feels a deep sense of belonging.
