People Operations Manager

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a passionate and innovative People Operations Manager to join our growing global team. Reporting to the VP of Employee Experience, you will manage employee benefits, compensation, leave administration, HRIS implementation, compliance, and more. You’ll create scalable, seamless processes to support our global business and drive continuous improvement in our Employee Experience services.
Your Role:
As our People Operations Manager, you will:
- Manage People Operations: Oversee initiatives, relationships, and outcomes that enhance our EX-infrastructure.
- Assess and Enhance EX Infrastructure: Review policies, processes, and tools, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend strategic enhancements.
- Optimize Tools and Systems: Improve and manage our HR tech stack, including HRIS, performance management, recognition platforms, wellness programs, and more.
- Develop and Manage Data: Ensure system accuracy, validate data, and maintain employment records and compliance documentation.
- Administer Benefits and Leaves: Manage US employee benefits, leave processes, and medical accommodations, aligning offerings with market trends.
- Develop Compensation Programs: Establish job levels, salary bands, and globally aligned variable compensation programs.
- Educate Stakeholders: Train internal stakeholders on processes, tools, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Support DEI Initiatives: Partner with the DEI Committee to ensure alignment with internal culture and diversity goals.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of global People Operations experience, including benefits administration and compensation programs.
- Experience in technology, telecommunications, and/or scale-up organizations is a plus.
- Expertise in project management and overseeing organizational change initiatives.
- Proven track record in implementing effective people operations processes, streamlining HR tech stacks, and developing AI solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Available for occasional travel to other company locations outside the United States.
