What You Will Do:
- Own new hire onboarding and serve as their primary point of contact during the onboarding process to ensure a seamless welcome into Formstack.
- Support successful execution of the performance review cycles by partnering on training for managers and employees and ensuring they are well-equipped to conduct high quality reviews in a timely manner.
- Administer company engagement programs, including supporting survey and action planning activities, and suggesting/executing activities that support company engagement initiatives.
- Oversee all aspects of our Learning Management System (LMS), WorkRamp, by creating new content and ensuring that trainings are up to date.
- Drive employee retention through initiatives such as engaging employee programs, celebratory work anniversaries, and robust professional development opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive Learning & Development programs aligned with business objectives.
- Create and update People Operations process documentation, standard operating procedures, help guides and various other resources to be used within the department and by Stackers’ at large.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director, People to design and implement internal communication strategies for key People Team initiatives and timelines.
- Ensure USA and Canadian regulations and best practices are being implemented and updated.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on HR Generalist or Specialist experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives and delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound, data-driven decisions under pressure while mitigating organizational risks.
- Proven track record of simplifying complex challenges and providing practical solutions.
- Strong ethical compass with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- In-depth expertise in HR systems and successful implementation of company-wide initiatives using platforms like Lattice and Culture Amp.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize HR processes from inception to completion.
- Experience with learning management systems and their application in developing effective training programs.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with employees from various backgrounds and roles while thriving in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and developing scalable HR solutions.
