What you’ll do:
As a People Ops & Programs Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and growing the championship team that will enable us to achieve our ambitious mission here at ClassDojo. You’ll leverage your HR compliance expertise and stellar project management skills to develop people-focused policies, programs, and procedures ensuring we are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Compliance: Leading regular internal HR compliance audits to identify areas of improvement and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Contingent Workforce: Leading ClassDojo’s contingent workforce management program including day-to-day contractor management and process optimization
- Project Management: Leading project management of key talent management programs such as onboarding, performance management, and engagement surveys
- Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and drive operational efficiency, leveraging automation and self service to optimize HR workflows
- Team Member Resources: Overseeing AI service desk, documentation of HR processes, and knowledge base articles
You will be a match if:
- You have 5+ years experience in HR with knowledge of operations and compliance
- You have experience conducting HR compliance audits and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations
- You have experience leading and managing an international contingent workforce
- You have strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate around ambiguities autonomously
- You are passionate about process improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness
- You have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions
- You thrive on the strategic and tactical work, and enjoy being hands-on
