At the same time, creators make money every second someone listens to their content, so they are incentivized to keep providing our listeners with amazing content.

About the role

We seek a Senior Performance Marketing Lead to drive our paid marketing efforts and optimize campaign performance across various channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy aligned with Beek's business goals and target audience. Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance and ROI across paid advertising channels, including PPC, display ads, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions. Manage campaign budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to maximize ROI and achieve key performance metrics.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine targeting, messaging, and creative assets.
  • Agency Management: Lead the relationship with external marketing agencies and partners, including performance agencies, media buying firms, and technology providers. Collaborate closely with agency partners to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive results and align with Beek's brand and business objectives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, content, design, data and creator ops, to align performance marketing initiatives with overall business goals and product strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategy.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, provide insights, and communicate results to key stakeholders. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and best practices.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and achieving business objectives.
  • Expertise in paid advertising channels, including PPC, display ads, paid social, and affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of campaign management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Experience managing relationships with external marketing agencies and partners, with the ability to effectively communicate goals, expectations, and feedback.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and achieving business goals.
