Growing plaintiff employment law firm in Downtown Los Angeles has partnered with Robert Half Legal in their search for a contract to hire employment litigation paralegal.

Skills and requirements of Employment Litigation Paralegal:

  • Litigation experience – employment single action FEHA experience (must have)
  • Background in wrongful termination and discrimination, wage and hour
  • Discovery-propound and respond.
  • Draft motions – nice to have.
  • Can sit in any state but must have CA employment law experience.

Requirements

Hours 8:30 to 5:30- 40 hours per week

Local Employment paralegals that can go on-site in a hybrid capacity will get preference.
