Skills and requirements of Employment Litigation Paralegal:
- Litigation experience – employment single action FEHA experience (must have)
- Background in wrongful termination and discrimination, wage and hour
- Discovery-propound and respond.
- Draft motions – nice to have.
- Can sit in any state but must have CA employment law experience.
Requirements
Hours 8:30 to 5:30- 40 hours per week
Local Employment paralegals that can go on-site in a hybrid capacity will get preference.
