Postal Solutions, Quads’ division that provides data-driven strategies and services that maximize clients' marketing dollars, is seeking a Catalog Strategic Analyst based out of our Sussex, WI facility. The Catalog Strategic Analyst will consult and advise on a wide variety of Postal Solutions offerings, gathering data to evaluate and establish estimates/offers, and taking lead on various projects. This position will also evaluate Postal Solution’s client performance and partner on analysis and strategic event planning with the entire Enterprise Catalog Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluates client volumes, frequency of mailings and performance to help establish the right pricing strategy and client deliverables.
  • Understands and interprets USPS rules and regulations as they pertain to client and production needs.
  • Maintains knowledge and understanding of USPS mail processing operations and stays current with industry and USPS direction.
  • Works with IT and other resource teams to develop and improve Postal Solutions optimization and reporting.
  • Assists in technical analysis of potential solutions regarding mailing process and procedures.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to enhance efficiency within processes, leveraging automation where possible.
  • Independently identifies and resolves problems as the arise.
  • Builds strong internal relationships within Postal Solutions, Customer Experience, Sales, Scheduling, and other handoff partners.

Qualifications

  • College degree or applicable experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis.
  • Prior experience or working knowledge of postal solutions and an understanding of the impact postage has on Quad’s client is preferred.
  • Proven track record of performing in a fast pace, deadline driven workplace.
  • Strong business analyst skill set with the ability to roll up data quickly and accurately.
  • Professionalism and credibility are essential and visibly present within all aspects of role.
  • Ability to successfully analyze problems, drawing valid conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Acts decisively and swiftly to identify problems and drives toward solutions, takes on responsible roles and accountability for outcomes even when things go wrong, and is comfortable making difficult decisions.
  • Ability to communicate/express views effectively to small and large groups via telecommunication and in-person meetings or presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; including, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • General knowledge of print industry, mail preparation rules and processes.
