Process & Operations Analyst
Job description
While this is a remote position, the role is restricted to those physically located in Malta.

*As a Process Master you are expected to …
- Assist in creating workflows and procedures.
- Coordinate progress on sprints and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Coordinate project schedule, help distributing resources and enhance cross-team cooperation.
- Identify knowledge gaps and support product teams in becoming more autonomous.
- Monitor progress on ongoing projects and handle any issues that arise.
- Create and maintain projects documentation.
- Prepare summary evaluating projects and teams’ performance.
- Provide unbiased feedback on projects progress to higher management.
Job requirements
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Experience in project management.
- Based in Malta and willing to work from our Hub as needed.
- Proficient level in Microsoft Office or other similar tools.
- Certified Scrum Master training, experience in JIRA and a good know-how in conflict management would be considered assets.
- Fluent in English.
- Available to work CET working hours.
