Two Circles is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Product Lead. As a Product Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative products that can solve complex problems for our clients as well as leading on securing new business opportunities in the digital technology space. Our agency is focused on helping sports organizations grow direct relationships with their fans using data insights that inform strategies to improve customer experiences, increase revenue, and enhance partner propositions. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented team of professionals in our offices located in London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Bern and Melbourne.
Spain
We're excitedly looking forward to opening a new office based in Spain. This role is open to any bilingual applicant based in the UK or in Spain who could be prepared to move to a new Barcelona office!
Requirements
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Product Management
- Lead the development and execution of digital product strategies and roadmaps for Two Circles' clients in the sports industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the data analysis, design, and engineering teams, to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within budget.
- Actively manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and client feedback.
- Analyze user behavior and prioritize user needs, defining features and functionality for multiple products at once by adopting a metrics-driven approach.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to define, capture, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define processes, map customer journeys, and user stories, with a focus on optimizing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with designers to create cutting-edge functional and aesthetically delightful experiences that align with business goals.
- Ensure that all products managed meet and exceed the highest experience and quality expectations within the digital product industry, while also addressing business requirements.
Business Analysis
- Apply business analysis methodologies to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for digital products in the sports marketing sector.
- Elicit and define clear, actionable user stories and requirements, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend and prioritize features and functionality that deliver value to both the client and the business.
- Perform comprehensive market and industry research to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, helping shape product strategies.
- Collaborate with technology and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Maintain a strong focus on user-centric design and functionality, ensuring products meet or exceed user expectations.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients and end-users to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
- Assist in the creation of product documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
Technology Consulting
- Provide expert technology consulting services to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations on leveraging technology for business growth in the sports marketing sector.
- Identify areas for technological improvement, collaborating with clients to develop action plans for successful implementation.
- Consistently demonstrate a deep understanding of technology use cases, technical delivery, and their impact on business outcomes, instilling client confidence and trust.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and concise communication, earning their trust and respect through credible work and demonstratable expertise.
- Communicate project status, progress, and updates to the team, clients, and stakeholders, with a focus on the business value and impact of technology solutions.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Product Management, Business Administration, Economics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience across product management, Business Analyst, and technology consulting, with a track record of delivering successful digital products.
- Strong analytical, communicative, and collaborative skills, with experience in developing and measuring product metrics.
- Strong core consulting skills and capabilities including client management, slide building and cost analysis.
- Good understanding of business development processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product development tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with design, data analysis, and engineering teams to deliver successful products.
- Knowledge of the sports industry and a passion for sports developments and trends.
