Job Description

  • Work closely with the Product & Technology leaders to develop trusted relationships with all stakeholders in our business. You will help us communicate the right message at the right time to the right audience.
  • collaborate with Product Managers on creating product content for blog
  • maintain and update launchnotes
  • Help create content for presentation decks
  • Collaborate with different teams (Engineering, Product Marketing team, etc.) to ensure we implement our communication strategy effectively & efficiently 
  • Align with the Product team & Product Marketing team in managing all communications about our products
  • Create company-wide communications about the Product & Technology team’s priorities and insights. This includes asking feedback and sharing our learning from our projects (both ongoing and deployed).
  • Align with the Product Team in creating the visual references for our creative assets. Engage our employees and customers to subscribe to our communication platform.
  • Create and align strategies with the Product Managers and UX Writers for internal (Poplar employees) and external (Poplar customers) communication.
  • Develop a content plan across channels based on the campaign strategy.
  • Perform A/B testing to drive better user growth and engagement to our communication platform.

What You Will Need to Have

  • At least 1 year experience in Copywriting, Communications, PR, or Social Media in startup companies. However, fresh graduates with similar internship experience are also welcome!
  • Excellent English-speaking and -writing skills
  • Strong communication & project management skills
  • Ability to learn fast and multitask
  • Data-driven
  • Is well-organized & has a can-do attitude
